With April coming to a close, we reflect on the opportunities for growth and renewal that have shaped this month’s journey, as we welcome you to another issue of the formula.

Houston Peer Success
Rosemary Place Grand Opening🎉
On April 9th, members of the Houston Peer Success team - Eric, Brandon, Misty, and Tahlar, proudly supported Magnificat Houses during the grand opening of Rosemary Place in Houston. This new housing development aims to provide permanent homes for individuals who are unhoused, along with access to critical services that promote stability and well-being.
Rosemary Place is a key initiative in the community, not only offering permanent housing but also playing a vital role in the capacity-building efforts for St. Joseph’s Clubhouse. This partnership holds great potential, and Houston Peer Success is excited to collaborate with Magnificat Houses, hoping to establish them as a strategic partner moving forward. 🤝

Building Genuine Connections with the Next Generation
The Connection Center team of peer specialists regularly works onsite with the youth at SA Youth, helping to create a positive space for learning and growth. The collaboration with this non-profit provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, empowering young adults to navigate their unique challenges while developing important life skills. 🌱
Cassidy Lambert, Peer Specialist, says:
"Being involved with SA Youth has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Watching the youth open up after just the first interaction is a powerful moment—it truly fosters a genuine connection between us. Working with young adults can present challenges, but it also pushes us to be more interactive and creative during group sessions and activities. This dynamic environment keeps things fresh and engaging for everyone involved." 💬
We’re excited to continue our work with SA Youth and create even more opportunities for personal growth and connection. Together, we’re building a brighter future—one connection at a time. ✨

Quote of the Month
"The only limit to our realization of tomorrow is our doubts of today."
- Franklin D. Roosevelt
This quote highlights the powerful role that self-doubt plays in holding us back from reaching our full potential. Often, it's not external circumstances, but the doubts we carry within ourselves, that limit our progress. Roosevelt’s words remind us that the key to unlocking a brighter future lies in overcoming the doubts that hold us back in the present. By believing in our abilities and moving forward with confidence, we can break through barriers and achieve the goals we once thought were out of reach. Let this quote inspire you to challenge your doubts, take decisive action, and shape a future free from hesitation.
