Solutions to Scale
the Impact of Recovery Orgs
Everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health and recovery support, regardless of their background or circumstances. We’re committed to transforming recovery in Texas, and beyond, through our innovative programs and initiatives. We’re working tirelessly to create a future where Supportive Communities and Peer Support are widely accessible. To make it possible, we need to focus on helping the small non-profits working tirelessly to improve the mental health of their communities. We provide high-quality and low-cost supports, and work with funding partners to create pathways for funding support for these organizations.
Flourish
Strong programs need strong data capabilities. These are usually out of reach for small organizations. So, we built a team, and a series of data products. Our Flourish team provides the data infrastructure needed for many small nonprofits: technical support, system customization, and data analysis. We focus on your systems so you can focus on your mission.
PROSE
Our Peer and Recovery Organization Support and Expansion (PROSE) team strengthens recovery organizations by offering vital technical assistance, such as board training, development planning, and service model implementation. Because we provide the same type of direct services as many small agencies, we intimately understand their needs and limitations. We use this knowledge to partner with philanthropic and governmental partners to design and implement projects. These projects meet the goals of our funding partners without interfering with the mission of the non-profits.
Networks and Initiatives
We believe in economies of scale and work to bring similar agencies together. Many of the challenges that organizations experience are shared across similar agencies. By bringing them together, we can establish best practices, share lessons-learned, encourage each other, and work together to educate the community and our stakeholders. Our goal is to continue to identify ways of bringing similar non-profit agencies together to create shared opportunities for success.
ClubhouseTexas
Since 2015, we’ve focused on replicating the success of the San Antonio Clubhouse in other Texas communities. We work with communities to provide technical assistance, financial support, implementation training, education, and policy advocacy. This has grown the Texas Clubhouse movement from 4 Clubhouses to 12.
