Refund policy
Form Communities provides services rather than physical products. Due to the nature of our service offerings, we generally do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.
However, we understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled training, program, or service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule or exchange your registration for a future date, subject to availability.
Requests for schedule changes should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Requests made after this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
